Christmas Party for 60

For the same client that hosted the Halloween party, we provided a tasting menu that fed approximately 60. Two dishes that eluded documenting included a Red chile Pasole, and a  seared Sea Bass bite with butternut squash puree and pickles. 

Green chile stew, garlic naan, goat cheese

Pintos, mashed potatoes, pork shoulder, pea tendrils

Beets, brie, radish, candied hemp, mango chutney

Apple pie pop tart, mint, rum raisin gelato
