Taco Party for 85 at the Ashton

The Ashton residence in downtown Austin at 101 Colorado St. invited us to cook for their pool party this past Friday. It was a great opportunity to meet the residents, cook for them, and talk to them about our services.

We had one grill to make it happen.

After the storm clouds dissipated, a line formed for our tacos and we started cooking.

We made three different kinds of tacos: 1. Curry marinated chicken breast with Swiss Chard, Coleslaw, and cilantro 2. Brisket 3. Creole Spiced Summer Squash

We had quite the turnout and fed many happy residents third, fourth, and fifth servings of their favorite tacos.
