PAYMENT SCHEDULE

  1. Following your consultation, we will ask for a security deposit of 50% to book your reservation on our calendar.

  2. The remaining balance for your final invoice is due in full at the end of your service, before the chef leaves your venue.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Notices of cancellations must be received in writing via email or text. All deposits are non-refundable and by default are forfeited upon cancellation for any reason, including covid-19 virus concerns/guest(s) personal health status or concerns; but if an event with another client with a total event cost of equal or larger is successfully scheduled to replace your canceled event, your deposit can be retained and kept on file for your use on a future event. For this reason, as much notice as possible will hopefully increase the chances of your deposit being retained for use on a future event. Cancellations received 7 days or less in advance of the event deposits are automatically forfeited in full, as it is almost impossible to replace your event with this little notice, and many other inquiries have been sent away due to a full calendar night booked. Should a replacement event not be booked, your deposit will be forfeited to reimburse Gather & Forge and their contract chefs for an empty night on the calendar, which is a significant loss of income.
